Features and Applications

Actmix LFC/PE is an inorganic blowing agent. It has advantages such as safety, endothermic decomposition and good nucleation effect. The gas generated is CO2, which is environmentally friendly and pollution-free. Sponge products mostly have an open-cell structure with fine and uniform pore sizes. It is suitable for NR, CR, SBR, BR, NBR, EPDM and so on.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: 1.0-15.0phr
Application: Suitable for all foaming or foamed rubber products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
Disposal: It is recommended to install exhaust ventilation in the working area of chemical additives during rubber processing. For further disposal information, please refer to the safety data sheet of Actmix LFC/PE.
